Ecobuzos is staffed by a diverse group of top-notch instructors, dive masters and travel consultants that will make your diving and travel adventure as enjoyable as possible.   Our staff is located in Los Roques and Margarita Island, Venezuela, and Brasil. 

Margarita Island

Our team in Margarita Island, is headed by  Fernando Botero, founder and president.  Fernando is also an instructor with over 25 years of diving experience.  He is also responsible for day to day logistics and functioning of the company and his team. In this administrative departamente, Olga Botero, who has been running the administration and finance department for the past 15 years.

Los Roques

Our staff in Los Roques is headed by Pablo Montoya, a PADI IDC member with a very long trayectory as a professional diver.  Pablo is a legend in the diving community in Colombia, as he helped pioneer this sport in Colombia, which makes him one of the most experienced guides in San andres Colombia, Malpelo, the Colombian Pacific ocean and several places in the Caribbean.  Along with Pablo, we also have dive masters and PADI IDCs, Otto Daniel Naranjo  and Jose Brito,
